We as a firm collaborate with your organization's People Ops department on creating new ERG's or simply restoring /developing/improving current established employee networking groups.

We explore and strategize new ways on how to incorporate the ERG's recruitment within the hiring process of current high pace organizational culture.

 

Also, creating space to zone in on specific ERG’s and values of your corporate culture to assist new hire’s in cultivation a place on a macro/ micro level of the corporate ecosystem and company’s bottom line

Exploring Implicit Narratives

We assist clients with the ability to understand and acknowledge personal implicit narratives derived from the external and internal environment from conception to present age.

 

Once aware of observations and mental self-investigations the group will discuss and share similarities and differences of narratives to gain a fresh perspective of how to become more curious, open, and genuine when connecting with individuals who are different from themselves.

Teamwork

Allyship 

We assist clients with the ability to understanding Allyship 101: Interactive discussion on simple steps to assist with bridging the gap between advocacy and the workplace culture. 

 

 

 Our team understands, when it comes to consulting/ coaching/ facilitating advocacy in the workplace, this act can be hard if there are certain  fears around:

 

-Saying the wrong thing,

-Being misunderstood, 

- Feeling the load of wanting to help others but don’t know where to start,  and

-Not having the right tools to handle conflict of advocacy while maintaining emotional intelligence. 

 

 

 We create a safe non-judgmental learning environment for your company employees to discuss and develop with hands-on experience in the areas stated above of uncomfortable experience in the advocacy journey. 

 

                          

 This project consists of a 4 (four) series process and we added a specific area for the People Op's team below. 

 

We have created an internal system for with the organization's People Op's team to address and assist with unwelcome behaviors of the mistreatment of women, individuals of color, LGBTQ, disability, and other underrepresented groups in the workforce.

  

Also, assist with implementing new systems with each Hr members individuals to ensure all staff has coaching on an individual way of implementing new systems. 

 

D, E,& I Accountability Process and Policies in the Workplace

We assist clients with the ability to understand and acknowledge implicit narratives within an organizational culture which perpetuate mistreatment of underrepresented groups in the workforce.  

 

 

We create an internal system for with the organization's People Op's team to address and assist with unwelcome behaviors and also, work closely with the decision-makers to create processes and policies which best fit their organizational needs for all of its employees and the business objectives.
