Millennial Holistic Leadership Development

During the organization employees’ journey, we explore and assist with navigating through bringing awareness to in a one-on-one and team coaching approach with individual Millennial employees by focusing on the experience that is consistently re-occurring in the workplace that is considered as learning edges.

 

We tackle the specific situation with solution-based learning of problem-solving the current situation to bring independence in creating methods of reversing future circumstances.

This journey is only on a retainer basis. 

Peer to Peer Mediation

Our annual retainers are simple, customized, and convenient to our client's needs, work volume, an assorted timeframe. We collaborate with you and or with your team to create a service package. 

The year retainer has a specific amount of hours allotted for each client. Hours do not roles over to next year.  However, we as a firm make sure you or your team make the best use of the time provided.  Each client is asked to request (upon the first service basis of time asked.)  specific month at least one month ahead of time.
